We've started going to the "Build and Grow" activities at Lowe's on Saturday mornings. They have a mostly kid-friendly project every other week, and it always involves hammering and lots of nails.
Each kid is given his own Lowe's apron and safety goggles
Today's project was a "pet leash hanger" -- waaaay easier than the school bus I had to help with two weeks ago =)
