This past weekend, Mom and I flew to Ft. Worth to see David and Kristen and have a little pre-Christmas shopping, relaxing, and feeding frenzy. =) We had found round-trip plane tickets from Wichita to DFW for $150 each, and we just couldn't turn them down. This was also the last weekend that my OB said that I could travel, as I'm now between 31-32 weeks pregnant. After we arrived on Friday night, we headed out to Southlake, to a beautiful shopping area all lit up for Christmas.

For lunch on Saturday, Paula and Marianne (K's sister) joined us at a fun place in Ft. Worth called The Lunch Box. It was tasty! (Dave is surrounded by estrogen here, but he hung in there pretty well!)
Despite our flight home being delayed, we made it back safely, and Dad and Brett picked us up at the airport. Grayson has been soooooooo excited to have Uncle Brentley home (and graduated) from KU!! Last night he thought it was hilarious to hide out in Brett's suitcase... well, hilarious until Brett zipped him up in it. Ha! They had a great time playing together, wrestling, chasing each other around the house, and who knows what else. =)

looks like y'all had a great time! i love the belly comparison pic. you all are so funny! that look on your face really reminds me of your mom in some picture i have seen of her. so cute. and---glad you got to try lunch box! isn't it good?! hope you got some good shopping in. i got to see some really cute earrings that k bought.
